Exchange Policy

Please follow these steps if you would like to initiate an exchange:

1. Please read our exchange policy below and ensure your item(s) meet our policy standards before continuing.

2. Email info@cabanacouture.ca, subject heading “Exchange.”

3. In the email please include:

- order number of the item(s) you would like to exchange.

- detail the reasons for the exchange and the item(s) you are interested in exchanging them for.

-name and shipping address you would like new items shipped to.

4. Please allow 2-3 business days for a response that will include further instruction on how to proceed.

 

Exchange Policy:

Refunds are not accepted. We allow exchange only.

Cabana Couture will accept regular priced merchandise in it’s original condition (unaltered, unworn, unwashed, sanitary strip intact if applicable, with original tags attached and in original packaging) for exchange only, within 14 days of delivery date. Exchanges will not be processed after 14 days. We (Cabana Couture) reserve the right to refuse exchange of any merchandise that does not meet these standards. Refused item(s) will be returned to sender. Exchanges are subject to item inventory and availability. If the item size or style you are looking for are out of stock or unavailable you will be issued a one time use store credit in the amount of the returned item(s), 2-3 business days after the original item(s) are received.

The customer will be responsible for any and all shipping, customs, duties, taxes and any and all other costs associated with the return.

Items purchased on sale or at a reduced price are final sale and unfortunately will not be eligible for exchange.

Cabana Couture reserves the right to change this policy at any time without warning or notice.
